The latest in the multi-Oscar-nominated production company’s distinguished line of specials based on the books by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, Tabby McTat followed the adventures of a London busker, Fred, and his adorable singing cat Tabby, who have to find a way to come back together after they are unexpectedly separated on the mean streets of London.
Our PR campaign was valued in excess of £2.5 million with front covers on the Sun TV Guide, Daily Mail Weekend, Sunday Express and Sunday People. A feature on Magic Light and the founders in The Times. Radio interviews with Donaldson and Scheffler ran across mulitple stations. Voice cast Joannan Scalan appeared on BBC Breakfast and Rob Brydon was interview and performed the Tabby McTat song on The One Show, there was also a behind the scenes special on the making of the film
The film also attracted critical praise and was in the top 10 of all programmes on Christmas Day.
